Return Policy

At TJRK, we offer returns within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Tags must be intact

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

A nominal fee will be charged to cover shipping and operational costs.

To initiate a return, please contact us at care.tjrk@gmail.com within three days of receiving your order.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once the return is approved and received, the product will undergo a quality inspection. Refunds will be processed only after the item passes inspection.

Replacement Policy

TJRK offers replacements for products with genuine manufacturing defects identified at the time of delivery.

  • Any defect, damage, or incorrect item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Requests raised after 24 hours will not be eligible for replacement

Upon verification, a replacement will be arranged.

Size Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time size exchange on all products.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

  • A nominal fee will be charged to cover shipping and operational costs

Size exchanges are subject to availability.

Important Notes

  • Products showing signs of use, wash, or damage will be rejected

  • TJRK reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet policy criteria
